               HOW TO MARK EVENTS INTO THE Whatson Calendar

First of all you must subscribe to become a member of the site, then ...

We show here three ways to correctly mark an event in the Whatson Calendar:

1) Direct insert 2) Insert from a Facebook event 3) Copy an event from my calendar to the Whatson calendar

1) Direct insert:

Select the date or date/hour of your event and in the event title write:

  • Kind of Events (ie: course, session, presentation, event, etc using the most appropriate key word);

  • Organization name or organizer who proposes the event;

  • Where: mark your townhall / country – (videoconference software with connection information)

All these information can be expressed in a more detailed form in the event description field, for example indicating how long the session or meditation lasts in order to have a key word for those who are, for example, only looking for a 10 min meditation or a 60 minute session.

  • Define the start and finish time of the event

  • Define the eventual repetition of the event (see also the possibilities in the voice Personalizza … (Personalize …)

  • If you create an online event you can use the specific voice.

We have not given yet a significance to colours, but in future it might be.

  • Flag the event as Disponibile (available) and Pubblico (Public)

  • In the note field, apart from the detailed information using key words and hashtags, it is also important to write some reference about who is proposing the event and how it is possible to get in touch.

  • If it is an online event give all necessary information to get access;

  • If it is a phisical event give all needed details in order to be found (full address, number, town, zip, region, state, country), these can all be useful key words / hashtags

  • Indicate your Certifications;

  • Add any other information that can be used as key word / hashtag)

2) Mark an event getting it from a Facebook event; one can do it in ten easy steps:

1) Go to the Facebook event of your interest;

2) Flag as Partecipant or Interested

3) Click on the 3 dots … by the button Share
